I’ve been hearing a lot over the past few days about this Miley Cyrus photo shoot for Vanity Fair so I finally decided to check the photos out for myself and was seriously under whelmed by what I saw – Oooh, it’s a bare back, quick hide the kiddies before they start flagrantly humping each other!!! Lame. The one thing that did catch my eye though, was the photo of Miley strewn across the lap of her father, former country star Billy Ray Cyrus. Uh, WTF??? I don’t know what kind of relationship you have with your father but I have never, EVER laid across his lap like that. It’s just gross, especially in this case. The mullet may have been traded in for a mullite but you don’t fool me, you’ll always be the singer of “Achy Breaky,” the song I had to square dance to in P.E. with Chad “sweaty palms” Ferlong. I’m still wiping his hand grease off to this day. This got me thinking about other inappropriate father/daughter relationships in the media so here now is the first of my ongoing WTF series. I’ll update it as I see things that make me say WTF – Or maybe I won’t – Stop pressuring me, I get enough of that from my mom! No, I haven’t met anyone. So what if I still live by my self with only 2 cats for company? I like it that way! No, I can’t leave, Squeakers would get lonely!!! (Weeps softly while listening to “Alone” by Heart).
Hulk and Brooke Hogan
I don’t care how concerned you are with skin cancer, no father should EVER apply sunscreen to his daughter’s ass. The only excuse for this sort of familial hand to ass contact would be if Brooke had a pack of wild, tusked pigs stuck to her ass and the Hulkster was trying to swat them off to save her life. But even then he should just let the bush pigs maul her to death. It’s just more appropriate.

Papa Joe and Ashley Simpson
This man is truly creepy. From calling his other daughter Jessica’s boobs a gift from God to leering at Ashley’s here, this man takes inappropriate fatherhood to a whole other level. Fathers should never look at or touch their daughters’ boobs. I don’t care if they’re covered in flashing lights – Keep those eyes up, perv-o.

This man imprisoned his daughter for 24 years forcing her to live as his sex slave. They bore 7 children together, 3 of whom never saw the light of day until their discovery earlier this week. Uh, what???? This is why I’ll never date a European man. They’re too sexually liberated. I’m sure things would start our innocently enough. First he encourages you to stop shaving your armpits, next it’s off to the topless beach because you have a beeeautiful body, and before you know it he’s lured you into a sex dungeon full of nude midgets smoking cigarettes and playing sad, accordion music…Wait a second…That doesn’t sound so bad…

First of all, Its not like Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus were the ones that chose the shoot. It was the magazine, they just did what they told them to do. And second, its not like Miley is thrown over her fathers body in a suggestive matter. She is simply leaning over him.

i disagree with you on the bed sheet picture. I think it was inappropriate and distasteful. I beleive that girls should keep their bodies covered this includes their entire back. They made her up to look older than she was and to look provacative and sexy. 15 year old girls shouldn’t be looking sexy save that for when they are in their 20’s please. Now that i have seen the pic of her and billy i am thourghally disgusted. I thought that was her BF until I noticed the mullet then I was like WTF that’s her DAD. Wow. Truly ridiculous. The pictures that you posted of Ashley Simpson and Miley Cyrus are, in the first case, a perfectly innocent picture of a girl with her father, and, in the second, a picture taken by a photographer who has bad timing and decided to use his crappy picture-taking abilities to make money (like many who work for magazine like Star).
These people complaining sound like the 13 year old boys who are just discovering what sex is.
Taking everything to a disgusting level with no real reason.
Now, the solo pictures of Miley are sad and disturbing. Guess what? Go through myspace. So are 90% of American teenagers. Still not acceptable, but why are we so shocked?

Hey i think all this pics are inapropate. Like “Shan” It is not a tipcal father daughter relasionship. A father does NOT look at his daughters boobs and does not put sunscreen on her ass but maybe on her back. Still tho thats kinda gross and weird. With Miley leaning on her father i think it is sexy. With the Miley Cyrus thing, its true that some of the shots do not seem normal for a fifteen-year-old, however, it seems that Miley had just made a mistake, a mistake that was pushed by and made famous by the magazine. Some other picture that have leaked out on the Internet can also be arguable about its ‘dirtyness’. But if you look from a point of view if a fifteen-year-old girl, which is what I am…, Miley is still a young adolescent, who is experiencing the confusing times of raging hormones. Also, most of the people commenting on the photos of Miley are most likely adults, however, Miley is still a learning child whose actions are made nation-wide because if her celebity status. Co pared to the majority of other girls around her age and other celebraties, Miley is an angel. Also consider that children celebraties live a much different life, and may not have all of the oppritunities most ‘normal’ propel have.
Those are my thoughts, they seem a bit biased though…

All you people who despise fathers and daughters being close are well and truely twisted; in order to be able to turn an innocent pic into something crude. This is a conspiracy as the negative people really and truely cant stand the fact that they are rich!!! if it was an ordinary family ….you wouldnt have problem with posing with ur father like that as you would be listening to the photographer as it is their job to direct the shoot. Get a Life or stop raving on others.
I know 10 years olds with more common sense than adults, to know that the pic is of a father and daughter !!!!

I really see nothing wrong with this picture. I have not done that myself either, but that is because my father is a bitch, we don’t do photoshoots for magazine’s, and he left me and my mom when I was two.
